BRUCE HUDSON: Most clients, when the contact a law firm and need representation in personal injury or a wrongful death situation, it's the first contact that they've had usually in their whole life and they're nervous. They don't know what to expect. They're also probably confused.

BRUCE HUDSON: And anyone can advertise that they do medical malpractice. The reality is only a small handful of us actually have been certified.
I've been practicing law in Delaware over 30 years. Just as Delaware is a small state, I practice in a small firm. The personal contacts are something that I consider a major advantage and benefit in the practice of law. I practice statewide. I've lived statewide. And I represent people from Selbyville to Claymont.
After suffering a traumatic or an emotional experience, I like to pride myself on thinking that I have helped and will continue to help, even with the non-legal matters as well as the legal. I'm a counselor at law and I like to think that means counseling, not just in the law, but also in very emotional and stressful times.
I pride myself on the number of friends that I have who were former clients and who have maintained contact with me throughout the years.
